Changan cars have been keeping drives safe across the world for years. The engineering team has constantly kept safety as a paramount feature for their entire fleet. Our cars constantly undergo rigorous testing and the numerous certifications attest to the same. Changan has always believed in building safe cars that last by investing in extensive research & development to make the safest car for the UAE as well as the world. With a vision of the road to security and hard power, in December 2019, Changan won the C-CANP five- star certification.
The certification was done by testing four real vehicle tests that delivered top-notch protection to passengers. As time passed, Changan has continued to prove its high safety capabilities by constantly doing collision tests. The CS75 Plus comes equipped with a comprehensive barrier that gives personal protection to all passengers. It also passed six collision tests of the China Insurance Research Institute.
In November 2020, the CS75 Plus challenged and won China’s first public crash test with two American standards. The car was tested at 62 km per hour as well at an 80 kilometer per hour rear-end collision. The CS75 Plus has excellent body structure support and even after two collisions, it gave a smooth drive. By undergoing these challenges, it proved its inner hardcore.
In February thanks to virtual reality technology, we gave the world a look into the car’s geometric structure to explore and witness the hard power of the bones of the vehicles we build.
In the same year in August, a group was gathered for a pressure test and the entire car remained intact. Thereby, proving that the CS75 Plus is a legend of safety performance. Its strong body structure has been proven time and again. Thanks to its restrain system, strong body structure it is one of the first Chinese SUVs to be certified by the US Standard.
